Økernveien 11-13

This originated as a landscaping project a colleague of mine was working on, and then grew to the glass structure and red portal for this existing building. The renderings were basically meant to both show the landscaping job, and what it would be like if they renovated the space between the buildings and made a foyer with this "signature" doorway (based on the projects logo), and a cantina on the upper floor that was never realised. This is partly why there is no "life" or much detail like decor and people, as was the tight budget.
